At The Reef, we are committed to being servant leaders and giving back to our community. That's why our charitable giving program donates 5% of our profits to community organizations year-round. Here's how it works: Every quarter, we select three non-profit organizations that we believe are benefiting our community and are aligned with The Reef’s company values. After each in-store transaction, our budtenders ask customers to choose which of the listed organizations they would like the profit from their purchase to support. We tally the numbers at the end of the quarter and send each organization a donation. We empower our customers to be active participants in our charitable giving program.

At The Reef, we believe that being a positive participant in the community must start on your own block. It’s also a continual process – not just a one or two-time event for publicity. Each week The Reef mobilizes a group of team members in both Capitol Hill and Bremerton to walk the streets adjacent to our stores and pick up excess garbage and litter on the streets.

The Reef is extremely proud to provide the very best cannabis products our industry has to offer. We are also committed to ensuring that the products on our shelves are tested, free from banned pesticides, and do not contain levels of pesticides or heavy metals that exceed State allowed limits.

Therefore, The Reef requires that every farm and vendor we carry agree to random pesticide testing each month. If we ever detect a problem, we pull the product from our shelves immediately, send the product back, and make sure any other items carried by that vendor are subjected to further rigorous testing.
